Ed's Twofer

Met up with Ed Perten and his crew of mountain bikers for a Twofer starting at George C Waldo and then heading over to Upper Paugussett State Forest.  The weather was awesome!  Started out three layers but when I got over to Upper Paugussett I just wore one and it was short sleeved.

Route we took today was a little different.  We rode down the hunter's trail to the access road, down the access road for a bit and then on to Paula's new trail.  The new trail wasn't very log.

Never tried riding the lower section of the trail back up but what a nice trail!  I think it's more flowy the other direction and given the fact that it's primarily an up and down trail this would be perfect to train on for races.

Upper Gussy:  ROW
Then it was off to the Upper Paugussett State Forest.  We parked at Echo Valley and did the standard loop:  Up the Poly Brody and down the Gussy.
