I rode in the woods Wednesday morning knowing that I wouldn't be able to ride the Central Connecticut Chapter of NEMBA's Chapter Meeting ride. I found some interesting surprises.
The mad cutter has opened a section that I rerouted around after one the hurricanes. I admit that the reroute wasn't the best because I wanted to tie it in with the top of the rock armoring of the original trail but now it's wide open and there is a nice little two log up and over. But why stop there? Cut some more logs up and make it a 6 banger!
Unfortunately I didn't get a good picture of the feature
The new trail to the 3 Bears Roller has a nice rock armor ramp, now.
Now if all the Bears were open for business I would be more apt to ride this section.
