Thirsty Thursdays: Old Chub

I wanted to submit this post as a restaurant review but I didn't get to the pint glass in time to put Old Chub in it so I won't be telling you about this fantastic, authentic Japanese restaurant that I found east of New Haven this weekend. Instead let me tell you about this beer that I recently found and love, almost as much as I love BBC. Old Chub is a Scottish Style Ale that is smooth as silk and tastes like heaven. I have never been a big fan of Scottish Ales but this is one that I will be going back for more. Also, it's a stronger ale, coming in at 8% ABV! Of course nothing beats an ice cold PBR after a long ride but Old Chub is perfect for after work or with dinner.

I didn't see an e-mail in your profile, so I'll post this here. Just wanted to let you know we added your blog to the new Blogs We Like section on SixStates.net. Great blog!

Thanks for the proof reading Adam! I guess that could be a little embarrassing but it's all fixed now. I think Eric is just jealous, though.

Isn't Old Chub what they call that bump in your spandex? ;) Going to the NEMBA Fall Fest?
