A new member on the Newtown Lunartics Squad

Tomas, center, and I worked together GE Capital in Danbury a few years back and he's been riding for a couple of years. I invited him to join our weekly, Saturday morning Ovens of France ride.

End of April and everyone and some people were still wearing tights

It was in the 40s and knowing that it was going to warm up I wore bib shorts.
So did Mike

We now have a standard 30+ mile route with a bit of climbing but if you want to see the cows you got to climb!

Good views of the cows today

The rest of the ride to Ovens of France was business as usual

The croissants were great as usual

Riding back, the sun was out in full force

and it was warming up nicely

On the way back we rode through Heritage Village, like we always do

Turning onto to Steel Bridge we saw smoke coming from South Flat Hill Road
