Ann got off work early and was in need of some exercise so we took a little Ride After Work. We started from the Hotel and rode down to the Northern Rail Trail.
It was warm but not hot and riding was really comfortable we picked up the trail on the east side of town, ride through center of Lebanon (pronounced “LEB-nin” or “LEB-non”). The Northern Trail ends in the center of town.

Riding under the town shopping area the trail turns into the Mascoma River Greenway
It’s nicely shaded
There’s still some tracks
Visible at the end of the trail
And there’s active track that ends at this bridge

Riding back up Lebanon Street aka RT 140
Bike Trail to the hospital
Back in time for the setting sun
