The Beast stayed open till June 1st and Ann and I skied Superstar one last time in 2024.
When we arrived the line to the chair started at the K1 Lodge but we heard before the started spinning the line started at Killington Mountain Sports, nearly double to when we got there.
Just a thin ribbon of snow left.
You had to carry your skis on the chair ride up
and then climb down the head wall to get to the snow
There were ropes secured to snow cats at the edge of the head wall
It was a one and done day,
