2nd e-Bike Commute

 Oct 23, 2024

For my second bike commute on the Wabash, I left earlier in the morning to try and test Magic Shine light a little more and I found that it unfortunately, didn't live up to it's specs.  On full power, I was supposed to get a 2 hour run time and I barely got an hour. It's going back and I will have to try something else.

My route took me down through Easton and added 3 more miles making it a 3-Handle and it was perfect fall weather with lots of fall foliage to take in.

It got a little foggy at Maple Rowe Farms

and this close to Halloween the decorations were in full swing.

These were on Silver Hill Rd in Easton.

The further south I got the more vibrant the foliage.

I managed my power better on this trip and used about the same amount of battery as the previous commute.

On the way back, I tried another 30 mile route only this time up through Georgetown & Bethel.

I went over Castle Hill to get a good view looking down towards the Flagpole and the churches.

You can even see Oxford Airport from here.

Ride home was faster and pretty much the same amount of battery.
