I picked up this 2010 Surly Crosscheck, used, at Base Camp in Killington during my second visit to the area back in early 2024. I had been looking for another Cross Check for the longest time and I was about to settle on another steel frame when I found this one. It’s a 60 cm frame with an uncut steering tube and a 9 speed like my last one. In the future, I am going to make it a 10 speed with a wider range of gears.
