After spending a few days of Alpine skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort it was time for a break and to do some more cross country skiing.
I headed over to Emily’s Pond to ski along the Snake River and the Grand Tetons. Skiing along the dike is fun. There’s all kinds of skiers, some doing classic like me and others skating. There’s also a fair amount of walkers and dogs, too.
At the trail head, on the way back, there we’re two moose, a cow and a calf just hanging out.
