Before breaking camp Ann & I took her canoe to the boat launch and headed out on Lake Bomoseen for a little paddle at 8 in the morning. It was a beautiful morning and the lake was very still.
We brought Ann's canoe on this trip which has a kevlar hull and weighs next to nothing. I can pick it up and carry it on my shoulders, it's so light.
Despite the aquatic plants the water is crystal clear.
