Saw this on Charlie Rides a bike and thought I would help spread the message. I liken riding without a helmet to driving a car without a seatbelt. You just never know when you will need it and it will probably save your life.
Sounds like one of the jumpers I ran into last year. I told him all it takes is one wrong fall and he is sucking dinner out of a straw for the rest of his life.
Actually saw 2 dudes at Trumbull today with no helmets. And they were decent looking riders on the techy trails.
