On my way back from the Javits, on West 35th, just west of Dwyer Street I came across this stripped (literally) Special Ed Fixer. It looks like someone tried to take the stem because the bolt is pulled up but it's probably been sitting there so long that it's rusted into the fork Good commercial for the lock, though. I tried Geo Tagging the photo: Special Ed Fixer.kmz - see if you can find it.
